We Serve the Under Served

A few of our ongoing initiatives

Donate for Clothing and Food Outreach Program

Our Beacon of Light Community Outreach program has assisted more than 26,000 persons every year. Our Day of Dignity event helps the most under served neighbors in economically challenged areas of South Dallas. it has been recognized by the City of Dallas, and our work has earned numerous awards.

Donate for the new Masjid

While our community is more than sixty years old. our current building and masjid is more than forty years worn. It is outdated and we need your help to build a new one to continue our historic service to the community.

Donate for M.E.C.A School

We created the first ever K-8 Islamic school in Texas. Throughout difficult times we have managed to always keep an Islamic studies Quranic based program for the next generation. Today’s curriculum is developed for the Masjid Al-Islam, Educational Children’s Academy or M.E.C.A.
